As I am sure most of you have seen, there are a lot more verified blue checkmarks on Twitter today. This is because of Elon Musk's new regime. It now takes nothing to become verified. You don't need to be famous or even Twitter famous. You don't have to do anything significant with your life. All you need to do is pay a slight $7.99 monthly fee.
Of course I bought in. It's an insanely great opportunity to become verified on Twitter. Who knows how long this will last. A lot of power comes with this verification check mark. All Twitter users take whatever you say as fact when your account is verified. With that being said, of course a lot of parody accounts are being made of a ton of important public figures. These accounts tweet fake news and it spreads like wild fire. Most people are smart enough to see through it, but there are some fucking idiots out there.
Many see this as people taking advantage of the general public and all of Twitter to try to get some likes and gain some followers. People may see it as some folks abusing free speech. Which is probably true. However, I see this as a tremendous opportunity. An opportunity to take down one of my arch rivals. One of my enemies.
Thats right. It's time for Cris Collinsworth to go down. With my newly acquired internet power I plan to make one of these parody accounts with my check mark. I will use a twitter name that's similar to his right now, use his same profile pictures. People won't be able to tell a difference.
Once the construction of this account is finished, I will be tweeting some similar things that Cris would - however I will also start to tweet some fake news. This will slowly start to strip some of his credibility away.
Then it will get even deeper. With the seemingly real tweets I'll start to slip in the occasional "Did Epstein even do anything wrong?" or "I agree with Alex Jones".
Maybe even a "Deshaun Watson should NOT have been suspended 11 games. That is far too much." or possibly a "Henry Ruggs should just get a couple points on his license, we need to try to get him back on the field immediately".
I would like to make it very clear these are not my own thoughts. Just what I assume Cris Collinsworth is thinking.
The goal here is that Cris Collinsworth will lose his announcing gig with Sunday Night Football on NBC. That way I don't have to watch the games on mute anymore. Then hopefully he will be considered such an enemy in the public eye that he will be forced to sell his portion of the dogshit company known as PFF.
