Pretty self explanatory. Let's get after it. This ranking is based a lot on recency bias. Also, these are only from shows I have seen - so if you come at me saying someone from Greys Anatomy or Pretty Little Liars deserves a spot, kindly fuck off.

5. Tom Wambsgans (Succession)
First of all, if you haven't watched Succession I feel bad for you, and you should grow up and get a HBO subscription.
Secondly, Tom mainly made this list because I wanted to have a character from this show on it because I just finished re-watching it. He is part of one of the better duos on television with Cousin Greg played by Nicholas Braun. He also happens to be painfully awkward to watch and lacks a sense of being self aware of what he is saying. Just no filter whatsoever. This can be seen below:

4. Anders Holmvik (Ders) (Workaholics)
By this point I think everyone reading this has probably seen AT LEAST a few episodes of Workaholics, right? This character is so hilarious that I call one of my very good friends Ders as a tribute. My friends name is no where near Ders. This friend will stay anonymous.
Any of the three dudes in Workaholics could have taken this spot. I chose to go with Ders due to his attempt to kill himself by diving into a plasma tv as well as his gambling addiction he displays from time to time.
3. Schmidt (New Girl)
I think everyone and their mom has seen this show so I won't go into much detail. Just know he is one of the best douchebags to ever be on TV. Here are the best Schmidt lines of New Girl.
I was also going to include some quotes from former MLB player Mike Schmidt as a joke or a slight bit. But then I remembered he was a Phillie and fuck those guys. Stros in 5.
2. Ari Gold (Entourage)
Ari Gold is quite possibly the only reason to watch the entirety of this show. It has a very good first couple of seasons but then it just gets repetitive and kinda falls off a cliff.
One thing that never changes is how degrading Ari is to his assistants by saying the most vile and offensive sentences you'd ever hear. Sentences that my kind and innocent little brain wouldn't even be able to think of.
Another way Ari will keep you laughing throughout this show is how disrespectful and rude he is to his wife. I totally disavow this by the way but it is hilarious. Again, being mean to your wife is NOT COOL. Don't do it
1. Charlie Kelly (Always Sunny)
This is a no brainer. I watch this show everyday. Seen every episode at least 10 times. Honestly all 5 main characters on this show should have been on this list. Charlie Kelly is an illiterate little janitor boy that drinks paint and huffs glue and he could be tricked into doing anything. He also hunts ghouls and drinks milk-steak. If you wanna feel like a smart person watch this show just for Charlie Kelly. Oh, he also broke Wade Boggs record for number of beers drank on a cross-country flight. No small feat.
